All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and returns involving hand decorated items will be
subject to a 20% restocking fee -- as these items are made to order. Shipping charges are
non-refundable. You must contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization
Number PRIOR to returning any merchandise. ALL refused shipments or returns WITHOUT a Return
Authorization Number will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. All item(s) must be returned in new
condition with original packaging unopened. Used items are NOT returnable. Proof of purchase
(packing slip, invoice, etc.) is required for reimbursement of purchase price, less shipping costs and
any applicable restocking fees.
